Using Claude Code to design and build Screensaver, a visual bookmarking tool to save, organise and share their design inspiration.

Designing an industry-first platform for optimising shipping containers movements

2024 – present

Led the design of a multi-user platform that transforms how shipping containers move across port communities. The platform connects freight forwarders with transport providers and automates job assignment, reduces empty legs and increases driver utilisation across the network.

Led Kiwibank's first design system end-to-end, from establishing a semantic token architecture and dark mode theming system through to embedding shared workflows across multiple product squads; creating a unified language that scaled beyond internet banking into other business units.

Streamlining the credit card application
process for new customers

2021

Led the design of a new credit card origination flow for the Humm Group and a new partnership, consolidating three overlapping processes into a single streamlined flow. Key challenges included pre-populating membership data to reduce repetition and solving a complex income verification requirement introduced by new consumer lending laws.

Connecting Australia to a healthier future

2020 – 2021

Facilitated a two-part discovery process for the Australian Digital Health Agency, running stakeholder workshops to align on core experience opportunities before moving into mixed-methods research. Workshop outputs directly shaped the direction of concept testing prototypes, including how digital health services were framed and communicated to everyday Australians.
