I’ve just launched The Two Buttons. We’re designers of Wedding invitations and stationery based in Sydney, Australia.
I’ll be keeping our Facebook page as up to date as possible, but things are feeling great!
If you’re in Sydney and getting married, I’ve also got a little promotion going on at the moment. For a lucky few I’ll be doing the designs of the invitation pro-bono. Already have a few enquiries, so better be quick!
Those who want to apply for a job at the newly opened Bergge Tattoo, must carefully fill out the QR code and show off their skills, in order to access the application form. If your hands are too shaky to do that, you won’t even get to the point where you could fill out an application for the open position
“The new identity of F. MÉNARD, a family business involved in the pork production trade, draws from tradition and is inspired by the very first logo of this 50-year old company, but displays a very modern look. The platform blends genuine old photos with contemporary shots, proving in one glance that, to guarantee top quality meat, innovation truly is the company’s top priority.”
To think like a brand means to instil its equity, essence and promise into the heart and mind of the consumer. It means creating a strong, distinctive and pertinent preference that gives the brand added-value over the long run. To act like a retailer means stepping outside of the agency’s four walls, defending the brand’s positioning and expanding its reach, product by product, market by market, square foot by square foot, every single day.
Each one of our ideas must be big enough and powerful enough to deliver short-term results and long-term brand loyalty. It is the core of this idea that creates the best brand-awareness campaign, the best in-store label and everything else in between. It must win over the consumer from the wheel of their car, their grocery basket or their smartphone screen.
“A book designed to reflect on secrets of the story. Commentary by the author, explanation and annotation of illustrations are printed with UV ink, which is only visible under UV light. The binding is designed in a way that the attached UV-lamp could fit inside the book, but at the same time it can be removed and used to explore hidden messages.”

February was an active month for many typefoundries, like Latinotype which released 3 typefaces this month: Showcase (beautiful script font), Australis and Ride My Bike Serif. Ride My Bike Serif as the name says is a variant of the original Ride My Bike, it’s curious how this month other designers released variants of previous typefaces: Kermel Serif, Pacific Northwest, Lust Slim and Core Magic were examples of this trend on the month. Others designers decide to launch all the variants of a typeface at the same time, this is the case of the family Bandera (original, text and display), which by the way, was also released this month.
